Our cows are always hormone-free, antibiotic-free, and humanly raised in open pastures eating naturally grown grasses that have no pesticides, ever.


 

In general, we adhere to market value for cuts of beef. Please be aware that prices reflect approximate price per pound. Please call us to confirm for exact prices.

Grass finished is the healthier, cleaner option.

Simply put, grass-finished beef comes from cattle that ate nothing but grass and forage for their entire lives. 

Grass-fed, on the other hand, may be used to label meat from cattle that were started on a grass diet but have either received supplemental grain feed or are finished on a fully grain-based diet.

Meat Our Butchers

Our trusted butchers are two bad-ass women, Shawnee and Raquel, that came to us and opened up new doors to sustainably utilizing and butchering our beef. Their close cuts are famously precise, and their use-the-whole-animal approach has opened us up to rendering lard and canning it for cooking use and using the meaty beef knuckles for dog treats.
